FoodMan also produces two types of fried onions, potato snacks, both shelled, salted peanuts and in-shell peanuts and has recently introduced NisseGlgg, a mulled wine concentrate.

Crisp-fried Onions
FoodMans fried onions are made from fresh Norwegian onions. These are breaded, spiced and crisp-fried, and make an excellent condiment or topping on hot dogs, sandwiches, salads and soups. At present, FoodMans crisp-fried onions supply more than 80 % of the Norwegian market. In addition to the crisp-fried type, FoodMan also produces soft-fried onions for use in the food service industry. All fried onion products can be modified and packaged according to customers specifications.

NisseGlgg
NisseGlgg is a non-alcoholic mulled wine concentrate. Blended and heated with 3 parts water, wine or additional spirits, it makes an excellent drink in the dark, cold Nordic winter months. A small bag of almonds and raisins, traditionally added to the drink, are an inevitable accessory.
