Villa Arctic AS, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Villa Organic AS (the Company), has today February 29th 2012 entered into a strategic agreement with SalMar ASA covering operation, competency development and shearing of best practice between the Companies with the intention of developing a robust and sustainable fish farming industry in Northern Norway.
