The Norwegian commercial presence in Chile has increased considerably over the last few years, especially within the fish farming and aquaculture-related industries. About 30 Norwegian companies have established permanent offices in Chile, in addition to a number of agents acting on behalf of Norwegians. The Norwegian investment in Chile has risen to US $60 million.
