Wednesday 19th June opened Ensjø new subway station after a scant year construction

The original station from 1966 was demolished in its entirety, the new appears to be functional and aesthetically, enclosed by elegantly decorated steel, reminiscent of beehives. Also because the bees way comparable to our own because they live in closed communities. Wherefore also Ensjø area changed from car to residential area, the new metro station is an important element in the rehabilitation of the area. This is confirmed inter alia by the fact that over half the station is built a 70 meter lid to be part of the outdoor area for new buildings, in addition to reducing noise.
