The Minister of Petroleum and Energy Ola Borten Moe invited oil companies to nominate blocks they want to have included in the 23rd licencing round on the Norwegian continental shelf Wednesday. The numbered licencing rounds cover frontier areas on the Norwegian shelf, which have the greatest potential for large discoveries.
