Overfill Alarm
The company?s expertise and experience has led to its development of the overfill alarm, which is designed with unique qualities. This product has a titan float, which is also delivered in acid-proof material. As the only one of its kind on the market, the overfill alarm is extremely durable and capable of handling most cargoes.
Gas Detection System
Vimex?s Gas Detection System (GDS) is a system that detects various flammable and toxic gases in pump rooms, ballast tanks, void spaces, air ducts or other places where explosive or toxic gases may be present. The GDS can be delivered as an aspiration system with one sensor placed in a central cabinet, with fixed detectors placed at different locations, or as a combination of these two systems. The standard system comes equipped with a catalytic combustible detector, but can also be equipped with an infrared detector. Vimex can supply gas detection systems tailor-made to customer specifications. The system can be equipped with bilge, fire and temperature alarms.
