First Process Projects
First Process Projects include a new system for general pelagic processing in Peru. In close co-operation with partners and customers, First Process has had positive feedback from a number of its solutions.
First Process projects on plants with capacities of more than 150 tons per hour and 1,500 tons per day and aims to supply a wide range of products both for fresh, frozen and canned products.
In these projects, First Process supplies the systems to take care of fish from fishing vessels through a vacuum pump system installed on a pontoon, very long pipelines, grading and classifying, buffer tanks and the continuous feeding of the packing lines, packing freezing, palletizing etc.
