Easy to Learn – Easy to Use
Account Match has been used to solve reconciliation problems for more than 10 years and the programme has been developed by accountants for accountants. It is built up to reconcile as a user wishes, except for the fact that it is the computer that does the reconciliation work automatically. The use of Account Match is therefore intuitive. When users have completed the reconciliation for a specific period, they can print out different reports with complete information.

The manual treatment of receipts takes a considerable amount of time and is expensive. According to calculations made both in Norway and Sweden, the treatment and entering of each receipt in a subsidiary ledger amounts to NOK 25. With PreMatch this work can be reduced up to 95%, a fact that makes the programme a good investment.
No Limitations
Normally banks can deliver electronic receipt information. This information contains variable data about the receipt, which is quality assured and complemented in PreMatch. A test of the subsidiary ledger is done before being updated automatically.
All Formats
PreMatch is provided with a conversion module that handles any format, such as EDIFACT, LM, OCR, Swift or others. The subsidiary ledger can then be updated automatically with domestic and foreign receipts and the receipt effected directly within a user’s bank.
