DNV GL – Energy: COVID-19 Information for customers and relations

Our number one priority is the health and safety of our employees, customers and business relations.

13 March 2020

The COVID-19 virus has an enormous impact on many countries in the world. As a multinational company, the crisis is significantly impacting the DNV GL organization across all the industries we serve, including the energy sector. Our number one priority is the health and safety of our employees, customers and business relations. Many local authorities have already taken necessary measures which we are strictly following. With this message, we would like to inform you of our activities and measures during this period related to our services so we can ensure business continuity for all parties.

We will do our utmost to help reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus and its impact on our people and customers. We have therefore set up crisis teams locally and globally and we are taking all the relevant measures, including restricting business travel. We carefully monitor the situation and have regular meetings.

We always put health and safety first and we will continue to support our customers whenever is possible in these difficult circumstances through our global IT and virtual meeting facilities. In line with local regulations, recommendations and instructions, our employees will work from home whenever required. Be rest assured that they can be reached via their regular business email address or mobile phone number. Their business travel will be limited to avoid further spread of the virus. For this we follow strict internal protocols.

We will continue to serve our customers as best as we can during these unprecedented times.
