The main goal of INTPART is to develop world class higher education and research institutions in Norway by promoting and funding long term institutional partnerships with strong academic groups and institutions in eight prioritized countries; Brazil, Canada, China, India, Japan, Russia, South-Africa and the USA.

The call text can be found here.

81,5 million NOK is available for the call and the deadline is 25. May 2016.

– We are pleased to announce a call for INTPART also in 2016. The scheme is largely unchanged compared with the first call in 2015, but for that call only institutions with support from the Research Council’s center schemes could apply. The purpose of it was to quickly get started with the first projects. This year we open up for applications from additional qualifying schemes and look forward to receiving good applications, says program coordinator for INTPART at the Research Council, Merethe Sandberg Moe

Information meetings

The INTPART scheme will be presented at SIU’s Information meetings about their partnership programmes in 2016 at UiT, NTNU, UiO and UiB during week 14.

Representatives from both the Research Council and SIU will be present at the information meetings. More information about these can be found on the SIU website.

– INTPART is a key instrument for connecting research and education in international cooperation. We look forward to more great collaborations which also include cooperation with businesses and innovation based activities, says Torill Iversen Wanvik, program coordinator for INTPART at SIU.
