Now it is decided: GC Rieber Oils is to sell its products under the brand name VivoMega™. The major initiative of building the new factory that will produce fish oil concentrates of Omega-3 has led to new markets opening up. From only having sold traditional fish oils, we have now become a total supplier. GC Rieber Oils has therefore decided to position itself by selling all our products under the brand name VivoMega™
The process of finding a good brand name and design has been long but thorough. VivoMega™ puts together the Latin word for to live, vivamus and Omega. Marine fatty acids are essential for every human being and consuming them gives a better life. The brand name is thereby traditional, but very easy to recognise in the market.
Since the products are sold almost around the world over there are many factors to take into account. First the brand name must be registered and protected. Also, all marketing material has to be changed and redesigned so that VivoMega™ is clearly presented. The VivoMega™ logo will have its own colours. The colours even control in detail the barrels into which the oil is tapped.
VivoMega™ will be launched on www.vivomega.com.
This shall be the product's profile to the market. The aim is that the website will be a knowledge platform that tells about the product range, what certificates we have and how we must conform to different legislation when it comes to products for human consumption. The website will also be an easy place for both old and new costumers to contact us.
Now work starts on spreading the message about our new branded products. We will soon have the perfect opportunity to show ourselves in all our new splendour at Vitafoods 2011, a large international exhibition for diet and dietary products that is held in Geneva in May. We have had a completely new stand designed that will be used both at this exhibition and at other exhibitions we will be taking part in. It has a timeless design and the aim is to be able to reuse it by making only small changes to suit the dates of use. This is completely in line with present trend and environmental profile.
