Subsea Energy Australia awarded TechnipFMC with two prizes for our work in the industry during its tenth annual Australian Subsea Business Awards in Western Australia. We claimed SEA’s Emerging Talent award and inaugural award for diversity and inclusion for our STRIVE initiatives.

Ashley Duncan represented Leon Oriti, graduate installation engineer, who collected the Award for Emerging Talent for his technical proficiency, team work and dedication to the Greater Enfield Development Project.

Sarah Harloe, Deputy Onshore/Offshore Engineering Manager, accepted the Award for Diversity and Inclusion on behalf of STRIVE, TechnipFMC Australia’s D&I committee.

STRIVE focuses on achieving gender, culture and LGBTI equality in and out of the workplace. The committee conducts unconscious bias, flexible-work, cultural awareness and LGBTI training with staff to ensure that workplace cultures are diverse and aware.
