SKATT The Programme on Tax Research (SKATT)

The programme is designed to ensure that Norway has a dynamic scientific community in tax research, both by promoting research in the field and by enhancing interest in and recruitment to tax research. The programme also seeks to strengthen educational programmes in taxation at the master’s and doctoral levels.

The programme is targeted towards tax research of relevance to authorities and other dedicated users. The focus of activities under the programme will be established in close cooperation between the educational institutions, the research institutions and the user groups.

The programme will also create meeting places for researchers and users of tax research, in part by providing funding for and organising conferences in the field.
