Ocean Talent Camp Møre a success

These are just some of the statements made by companies taking partn in Ocean Talent Camp in Ålesund, Norway last week. 

 

- This is the biggest careers fair in the history of Møre og Romsdal, said Arnfinn Ingjerd, CEO of Maritime Forum North West. As one of the organisers of Ocean Talent Camp they had experienced quite a busy few days. 

 

45 exhibitors took part and over 4000 interested students stopped by to talk to the exhibitors, take part in seminars and get involved. 

 

Ocean Talent Camp is a recruiting and careers initative that targets students in secondary school, high shcool and colleges. The aim is to provide information about work and educational options within the industries based on and around the ocean. The hope is that more young people will see a future for themselves within these sectors.
