It is designed for large ships and offshore vessels and has a 150 person capacity. It is built to meet full SOLAS requirements, NORSOK R-002, NMA Reg. FOR853, GOM, UK Sector (HSE) and has design features based on latest OLF studies.

Maxima-120“It is important for ship owners and managers to recognise that safeguarding their crew is a real priority and the safe and speedy evacuation of seafarers is vital when a ship or offshore installation has to be abandoned,” said Øystein Schultz Sandberg, Vice President of Sales at Norsafe.

“Accidents at sea are all too common but with proper life-saving equipment, serious casualties can be avoided,” he added.
