Norconsult growing in Sarawak

Norconsult’s subsidiary NorPower Sdn Bhd, newly established in Kuching on Borneo, has signed several new contracts for hydropower projects with Sarawak Energy.

The present project portfolio is now:
  • Baram HEP (~1,200 MW): Pre-engineering Phase, for Power Station, Power Waterway and E&M
  • Baleh HEP  (~1,300 MW): Pre-engineering Phase, for Power Station, Power Waterway and E&M
  • Pelagus HEP (~600 MW): Initiation Phase (Feasibility Study)
  • Murum HEP (944 MW): Completion Management System, Procedures and completion processes
