New management in Master Marine:

Following the successful tow out and hook up of accommodation platform “Haven” at the Ekofisk field in the North Sea and commencement of the charter hire contract with ConocoPhillips, Master Marine AS enters a new phase where focus will be on managing the safe and effective operation of “Haven” in cooperation with OSM Offshore AS.

As a result, the company’s founder and former CEO Per Johansson decided to leave the company and the Board appointed CFO Christian Mowinckel as new acting CEO. Christian Mowinckel will also continue in his role as CFO. Further, Master Marine AS has substantially changed its organization and a new management team has been formed.
