Latest news on the new research cooperation agreement

RCN has over the last months received frequent enquiries about the status of the new research cooperation agreement. Unfortunately, it has not been signed yet. This is not due to any ill-will from any of the parties, just some rather cumbersome and time-consuming formalities the text of the agreement has to go through, particularly when it comes to the legal language.

Given the fact that most of Norway is “shutting down” for the long summer vacation, we do not expect any breakthroughs before August at the earliest. We therefore bear all interested parties and potential applicants to the new programme of research cooperation within climate change, the environment and renewable energy to be patient a little longer. We hope the call will be out in the not-too-distant future.
