Island Offshore Shipholding L.P. has successfully completed its first senior unsecured bond issue of NOK 500 million with maturity in April 2016. An application will be made for the bonds to be listed on Oslo ABM.
Net proceeds from the new bond issue will be used for repayment of the existing shareholder loan of maximum NOK 85 million and general corporate purposes.
Arctic Securities, Carnegie and DNB Markets acted as Joint Lead Managers in connection with the placement of the new bond issue.
