IKM Testing awarded contract by Subsea 7

IKM Testing have been awarded the contract for AASTA Hanseteen by Subsea 7.

The contract is for subsea pre-commissioning of pipelines and risers for the Statoils Aasta Hansteen project. Included in this project is flooding, cleaning, gauging, gel-plugging, waxing, pressure testing and dewatering of the producion flowlines at Luva, Haklang and Snefrid at 1300 meter water depth. 

 

The field in question is located in the Northern part of the Norwegian Sea, 300 km west of Bodø.
