ICA fully exonerated in the case against the Møre merchants

Borgarting Court of Appeal has rendered a judgment in the case in which 60 franchisees had filed a claim against ICA for an amount from MNOK 100 to MNOK 600. ICA was fully exonerated in respect of the claim, and the franchisees were ordered to pay ICA MNOK 3.5 in costs.
