GC Rieber Oils Establishes Office in North America

New local presence offers company direct platform to promote and support newly launched VivoMega brand of fish oils and high omega-3 concentrates to growing B2B market.

GC Rieber Oils AS, a Norwegian manufacturer of a wide range of omega-3fish oils, recently announced the establishment of GC Rieber Oils Inc., a sales, marketing and import company to serve and support their growing North American omega-3 fish oil business.  The new office, located in Montclair, NJ, is headed-up by Steve Dillingham, aveteran marketer within the health and wellness sector and noted industry expert within marine functional ingredients.

In Norway, GC Rieber Oils manufactures a full line of fish oils and omega-3 concentrates, selling bulk oils to the trade internationally with a reputation forconsistent supply of high quality, pure fish oil products and omega-3 concentrates from sustainable sources. The company has been supplying the North American market with traditional fish oils for over 10 years through local distributor Jedwards International, and now intends to compliment and build on the momentum Jedwards has achieved by providing the market with sales, customer service, product development and technical support directly from the new US-based office, aggressively supporting their newly launched line of VivoMega™ brandfish oils and omega-3 concentrates.

“The North American market for omega-3 products continues to grow”, remarked Steve Dillingham, General Manager of GC Rieber Oils, Inc., “as the mountain of science supporting the positive health effects of taking omega-3 fish oil becomes more well-known. Likewise, there is also an increasing demand for high quality omega-3 concentrates, allowing manufacturers to develop nutritional supplements and functional foods and beverages containing higher levels of the healthy omega-3 using smaller amounts,” continued Dillingham.  “Our newly branded VivoMega™ line contains a full range of traditional fish oils and new-to-market omega-3 concentrates, offering popular EPA/DHAratio products and concentrates with up to 90% Total Omega 3content.  We are eager to further develop the market potential for these new high concentrate omega-3 products through collaborative partnerships with select customers”, Dillingham concluded.

GC Rieber Oils Inc. will be exhibiting at Supply Side West in Las Vegas this October, showcasing their full line of VivoMega™ fish oils and high omega-3 concentrates to the trade.
