First Fishbones installation

Fishbones AS is pleased to confirm the first successful installation of Fishbones completion stimulation technology in a commercial Coal Bed Methane (CBM) well.

Fishbones was run in a vertical CBM well in Sumatra, Indonesia on November 21, 2013. Installation and subsequent pumping operation to deploy the Fishbones technology went according to the plan, extension of Fishbones needles was confirmed and initial production results exceeded expectations. Further production testing is ongoing. A case history will be written and published on our website upon completion of the testing program.
