Extraordinary marine radar project has lifted GPV

How do you, in the middle of a global financial crisis, manage a +15 million euro project with an extensive list of sub-suppliers and extreme manufacturing demands ?

Sub-suppliers from all around the world, 10,000 process descriptions and high-end electronics manufacturing. Independent project organisation and network management were key elements in GPV’s work on an extraordinary marine radar project for our Dutch customer Thales.
