Expansion of the Tablet PC Portfolio for Hazardous Areas

In addition to the Agile X Windows-based 10.1“ tablet PC system, BARTEC now offers two smaller Android devices that are certified for hazardous areas. 

Lumen X, Photo: BartecThe newly developed Lumen X4 is a handy 4.3“ industrial mobile computer, and the Lumen X7 is a 7“ industrial tablet for use in harsh environments.

The extremely rugged devices survive being dropped and immersion and water, and are resistant against extreme temperatures. Equipped with a display that can be read in direct sunlight and a powerful quad-core processor, they enable you to work quickly with the latest applications, offer numerous configuration options for corporate use, and have an extremely long standby time. This time can also be extended using the replaceable battery, which ensures uninterrupted use in the field. In addition, the devices have NFC, Bluetooth 3.0 and two powerful cameras. The Lumen X4 can be optionally equipped with a powerful scanner for recording barcodes with a 1D/2D imager or for reading RFID HF tags as well.
