Deck Cranes at work for Van oord

Bergen Group Dreggen AS can proudly announce that the delivery of 2 x deck cranes of the type Dreggen DKF2000 are successfully commissioned at IHC for ship-owner Van Oord.

After some successful trials cutter suction dredger Athena was handed over to Van Oord end November. On her way to Mombassa, Kenya she is operational in the port of Molhe de Sines, Portugal for a few weeks. The ship functions as desired.

A second self-propelled cutter suction dredger named Artemis is under construction. The vessel will be operational mid 2013.

We congratulate the yard as well as owner and crew and wish the vessel a long lasting and safe service at sea.
