FIRST GRYTESTRANDA VICTORY

The jury consisted of chefs from Bocuse d'Or Norway, Norwegian Food Safety Authority, The Clipfish Academy, Norwegian Seafood Council and Lorentz A. Lossius.

Fiskeribladet Fiskaren reports that Grytestranda Fiskeindustri and Arthur Engeset was one of 11 producers in the competition.

"This is a highly regarded prize. We have participated many times but this is our first victory," Engeseth states.

CEO Arthur Engeseth believes their long experience and line caight fish, combined with a little luck have contributed to Grytestranda receiving the award.
