Best stand @Aqua Nor 2013

Nor-Fishing established a new prize in 2012: "The Best Stand Award". Many shows have such an award, and Nor-Fishing also want to use this to stimulate creativity and innovation among the exhibitors.  They have therefore decided to continue this also at Aqua Nor.

The criteria for selecting the best stand were established in 2012, and they are relatively simple, but very relevant:

  • Is the stand an eye catcher? It should be a stand that catches the attention of visitors.
  • Does the stand attract visitors? Do visitors stop to talk to the personnel?
  • Does the stand give clear and relevant information about the message that it is meant to communicate?

With these questions in mind, the team at Aqua Nor spent the first three days of the exhibition visiting stands all over the exhibition. The Jury had a meeting, and finally come to a decision. There were many very good candidates, a number of excellent stands, so many could have won. However, the decision of the Jury was unanimous.

The winner had a stand that attracted attention, in spite of the fact that it was one of the smallest stands at Aqua Nor 2013, and it was located in a place that was not considered the most advantageous. It attracted a lot of attention from visitors as well as the media.
