Yet another round of coastal-states talks on the management of mackerel ended inconclusively today, Friday 24 JanuaryThe parties agreed, however, to reconvene on Tuesday 28 January, in Bergen, Norway.

- I note that there have been positive developments, but we are all getting impatient, says Elisabeth Aspaker, Norway’s Fisheries Minister, recalling that Norway has gone a long way to meet the demands of Iceland and the Faroes.
