Main Tasks

• Coordinate responsibility between project organization, supply base and contractor to ensure progress for customer
• Coordinate material movement of all equipment, spares and consumables to from site
• Coordinate material movement of all equipment, spares and consumables to and from our customers and vendors
• Quality assurance of material movement to and from rigs and workshops, including transportation to vendors
• Check availability, status and location for equipment and spares
• Request CPI and rental equipment for operations; clarify loan across licenses
• Review master equipment list for operation
• Report availability of, and need for spare parts
• Register spare part and equipment movement in SAP and ORS
• Issue purchase order for services rendered locally
• Create and Control quotations
• Create Sales Orders for spares and follow up sales order
• Responsible to update project stock holding and to organize and update stock holding for the project
• Report ongoing tap (post goods issue) from SAP and Access database and prepare for stock counting
• Responsible for closing down project’s storage location after offshore operation
• Archive required documentation
• Coordinate transportation and issue transport documentation
• Attend to stock counting according to FKS instructions
• Identify area of improvements, investigate, propose and implement solutions
• Support Project economic functions after agreement
• Can be instructed to other work tasks


• Master or Bachelor in Logistics, Certificate of apprenticeship in Material Administration or equivalent
• 3 years experience in Logistics is preferred
• Knowledge of SAP-R3, Inventory and warehouse management is an advantage
• Good computer skills: excel
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Commercial and legal awareness
• Strong process capabilities
• Handling of multiple tasks and responsibilities in an effective and efficient manner
• Skills to identify areas of improvement; investigate, propose and implement solutions
